  • AI and chatbot support integrations
     
  • Automation workflow design
     
  • Subscription and on-demand support consulting
     

The specific scope, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement or project proposal.


3. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary to complete the work
     
  • Maintain secure access to shared tools and credentials
     
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
     
  • Use our work strictly for legal, ethical, and agreed-upon purposes
     

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact delivery timelines or result in termination.


4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments are due as outlined in your selected service package or custom agreement.
     
  • Subscription services auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled with notice.
     
  • We do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or started due to the custom nature of our work.
     
  • Late payments may incur a fee and/or service suspension.
     

5. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

  • All templates, automations, guides, and custom tools created by us remain our intellectual property
     
  • Clients receive a non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal use only
     
  • You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute our work without prior written consent
     

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law. This includes login credentials, internal documents, business strategies, and proprietary methods.


7. Service Availability and Support

We aim to provide timely, professional service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or performance due to reliance on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for service issues caused by tools we do not own (e.g., Zendesk outages).


8. Termination

You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.

We reserve the right to terminate or pause services if:

  • Terms are violated
     
  • Payments are not received
     
  • Abusive or unethical behavior occurs
     

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, traffic growth, or business profitability.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Lab Support Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.


11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted to our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Governing Law
